Getting Started

Step 1: Make your Commitment with a Health Coach

Our Health Coaches are here to work with you to create an individualized plan that fits you need or goals!

Step 2: Cleansing

Our bodies naturally neutralize and eliminate toxins every day through the colon, liver, kidneys, lungs, lymph, and skin. Today, we are exposed to so many toxins from pollution in the air and water from the foods we eat, our bodies are simply too overloaded to detoxify efficiently. Detoxifying/Cleansing yearly or twice a year is an excellent way to support the body’s natural cleansing process.

Step 3: Jump Start - Metabolize Boosting, 14 Day Plan (Low Carb, Low Sugar)

During this initial 2 week phase, you will learn to fill your plate with lots of colorful vegetables and complement them with lean meats, fish, and poultry or other protein-rich foods. You will also learn that your hunger is easy to manage when your blood sugar doesn’t have highs and lows. As a result, you will lose weight and feel great!

Basic Health & Maintenance 

Step 4: Weight Loss Products/Nutritional Support (Basic and Specialty)

Working with your Health Coach, you will come up with a customized Nutritional Support plan that is tailored to your body's needs.

Step 5: The Ultimate Fitness Program

Our Ultimate Fitness Program consists of Fitness Training (from beginner to advanced levels), practicing proper stretching and flexibility, as well as doing Office Energizers and Rehab and Rehab Maintenance. Our fitness boards provide an extra boost of energy while at home or work. Because of its portability, you are able to work out virtually anywhere!

We also offer other traditional programs using weights and other equipment according to your goals.

Step 6: Mediterranean Diet and Meal Plan

The Mediterranean diet is a heart-healthy eating plan combining elements of Mediterranean style cooking. The diet incorporates the basics of healthy eating with a splash of flavor from olive oil and maybe even a glass of red wine.
